
This special ANZAC Tour incorporates the Classical Turkey Program – Cappadocia, Kusadasi, Canakkale, Pamukkale – in a 10 Day Tour that departs from Istanbul on April 17, 2012 and includes a whole day at ANZAC Cove on April 25, 2012. Beginning with the Dawn Services, this will be a truly memorable day to pay tribute to all who gave their lives in the Gallipoli Campaign of World War I and to remember those who have served, and continue to serve, their countries in numerous conflicts since.

April 17, 2012: ISTANBUL
Transfer to your hotel with the rest of your day at your leisure.
April 18, 2012: ISTANBUL
After breakfast at the hotel, a guided tour to Topkapi Palace, St. Sophia, the Blue Mosque, Hippodrome and Grand Bazaar. Overnight Istanbul.
April 19, 2012: CAPPADOCIA
Morning departure for Ankara and a visit to the Mausoleum of Ataturk and its Museum before departing for Cappadocia with a picturesque trip along the Salt Lake. Overnight in Cappadocia with the option of a night tour and Turkish Show.
April 20, 2012: CAPPADOCIA
Early risers can take an optional Balloon Tour before a full day in Cappadocia including visits to the Kaymakli Underground City, Open Air Museum in Goreme and natural fortress in Uchisar. Discover the rich history behind local handicrafts that include hand-made carpets, Turkish tiles, onyx and potteries. Overnight stay in Cappadocia.
April 21, 2012: PAMUKKALE
Early departure for Pamukkale. On the way, visit the 13th century Seljukian masterpiece Sultanhan Caravanserai before arrival in Konya. After visiting the Mausoleum of Mevlana, we continue our drive to Pamukkale for an overnight stay.

April 22, 2012: KUSADASI
After breakfast, visit the ancient Hierapolis with the magnificent Necropolis, graveyard and the lime cascade. Continue to Selcuk to visit Temple of Artemis ββone of the seven wonders of the ancient world ββ then continue to Kusadasi for overnight stay.
April 23, 2012: CANAKKALE
Early departure for Bergama to visit the Acropol with its well preserved remains. Drive to Canakkale for an overnight stay.
April 24, 2012: CANAKKALE
After breakfast drive to Troy, site of the legendary Trojan War. Continue across the Dardanelles to Gallipoli, stopping at Anzac Cove, Nek, Conk Bair, Lone Pine and 57th Regiment Memorial and war museum. Overnight Canakkale.
April 25, 2012: CANAKKALE – ISTANBUL
Early Departure for the Dawn Services. Full day dedicated to the the Anzac Ceremonies with Breakfast Box supplied. Overnight in Istanbul.
April 26, 2012: ISTANBUL
After breakfast your tour concludes and you will be transferred to airport.
